Achieving an extraordinary body

I’m 99 pounds, 1.58cm, 24 years old girl. Some people say that I’m skinny, some people say i’m thin, some people say i look like secondary school girl. The truth is most all the people i know, say i’m kinda small and skinny. :wink: It’s not such a big deal for me as long as i’m happy with the way i look except i think i can be more confident if i can work on some parts of my body.

Make it look firmer, finer, robust and vibrant. There’s no harm on trying to look perfect and confident, right?:wink: I would love it very much if i can make my legs look firm, my buttock looks nice and full, and the most important thing is staying healthy and fit at the same time. There’s no good if you look fabulous, confident and breathtaking but you’re not healthy, right?

The only way to get it all done is by doing exercise. When it comes to exercise, i prefer the types of environment where i can do it anytime i want, especially when i can do it home. That is why i think this treadmills are the perfect choice that meet my needs. Using this user friendly machine, i can do the exercise involving running, walking or interval training. There are so many features that will surely make your exercise enjoyable and easier.:grin:

Some people like running, some people like yoga and some people like cycling. If you like cycling more, this sophisticated exercise bikes will give more features that will make your exercise much more effective than you cycling using an ordinary bike. Don’t wait till you get married and have saggy body to work on your body. Do it now, so your man will not look at other women.:lol:

    haha. i don’t like exercise. but i enjoy cycling.

    don’t know when i’ll put exercise in my routine yet. too busy life. hope next month i’ll have time for more outdoor activities

    I didn’t do exercise recently, but luckily i am working outdoor. Setup the tent at pasar malam, walking to surau standing all day long. Although I’m doing those light exercise, I gain 4 kilos… perghhhh…

    my excercise is… jalan laju pegi class psl usually akan kluar rumah 3-5 min before class start! wakakakaka

    but these days i try to naik turun tangga je (my place is on the 5th floor)
    tp skrg dah malas sket.. since balik je dah uber penat, mau tido je rasa haha 😆
