The importance of exit signs

Many of use didn’t realize the importance of exit signs. You must be wondering what exit sign? Actually the exit signs that I was referring to was the one that usually can be found at the emergency exit doors or evacuation stairs. You know the one with the big EXIT sign on it and usually it’s green in color.

There are many types of exit signs. The popular ones are thermoplastic LED exit sign or Photoluminescent Exit Signs. Usually they are used on exit door and stairs; basically it’s used in doors. Some people prefer another type which is more environmental friendly which is tritium self luminous exit signs. In case you wanted to use it for outdoors, you might want to go with vandal proof exit signs so that you can prevent the exit signs being destroyed by irresponsible people.

Some people might just go to the hyper mart or local hardware stores for these type of exit signs but the quantity usually limited and there are not much choices in the design too. Usually if I’m going to buy one, I will go online and shop at exitsigns.net. They have a lot of awesome exit sign designs and the prices are fairly cheap too, much cheaper than most of the ones I find at the local stores.
