Women, flowers and symbolism

Women fancy flowers, don’t they? I can’t imagine if there’s any women who hates flowers. Maybe there are some who doesn’t really have a preferences in flowers but it’s not like they hate it when someone gives a bouquet of flowers to them. Some maybe into particular flowers like red roses, white roses, jasmines and such, but I think all women love flowers.

Different flowers carry different symbolism according to people. For an example, daisy flower symbolism is associated with purity, innocence, loyal love, beauty, patience and simplicity. Tulips represent fame and the perfect love. Roses are much more complex. Depending on the roses color, it may bring a different meaning. For an example, red roses represent passion, white roses are for purity, happiness is associated with pink roses, yellow roses represent infidelity.

For me, I love flowers so much and for that, I even name my first cat Flower. Well, I don’t really know why I named my cat Flower in the first place, but it seems like my cat loves the name. My boyfriend doesn’t buy me flowers everyday since it’s quite expensive but I do receive flowers on special occasions like my birthdays and our anniversaries. Ironically, although I love flowers so much, I don’t really into gardening. How ironic!
